Mr. Allor was born and raised in Alaska and like any good Alaskan has a fierce love for the rights of the individual. He founded the Law Office of David W. Allor in 2001 with the mindset of representing people, not corporations or governments. Mr. Allor takes great pride in the fact that he does not have to compromise his values in order to meet the expectation of some corporation.

In his free time, Mr. Bergin enjoys playing basketball, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with his dog.

Birgit Dominguez, Esq.

  • In an upbringing seemingly destined to be a fierce legal advocate, Birgit grew up watching her father argue cases in the Colombian Supreme Court. Not to be outdone, Birgit’s mother was also a highly successful attorney in Colombia.

Birgit and her family emigrated to the U.S. when she was a teenager. She overcame the challenges inherent in learning a new language and moving to a new country and proved to be an exemplary student. Birgit graduated from the University of California Riverside with two degrees, double majoring in Political Science and Sociology with an emphasis in Law and Society.

Birgit went on to attend Loyola Law School and was sworn in as an attorney in 2015. She began her legal career defending corporations and insurance companies against work injury claims. Over time, Birgit became disillusioned with defending corporate interests and ultimately decided that her strengths and compassion were best suited for a career in representing the injured individuals over the big corporations and insurance companies of the world.

Birgit has the unique background and experience of having worked for insurance companies in defending injury claims, to now representing those very same injured individuals. She understands the ins and outs of these claims from the opposite side of the table and utilizes that experience to obtain outstanding results for our firm’s clients. Birgit is fluent in Spanish and is an aggressive advocate for everyday people from all walks of life who have been injured through no fault of their own.

Birgit is married to a, you guessed it, a plaintiff's attorney, and together they have an energetic and outspoken two-year old daughter who, judging from her ability to argue at this young age, may continue the family tradition of ferocious legal advocacy. In Birgit’s free time, she enjoys group fitness classes, travel, and spending time with her family.
